What might burnt orange/red bowel movements mean in someone with gerd and gastropresis, also lots of cramping, nausea, and low grade fever indicate?

Many reasons: Discolored stool can be a sign of poor digestion, infection, or bleeding. May not have anything to do with your GERD or gastroparesis.
I'm more concerned about the cramping, nausea and low grade fever - which might be a sign that you have an infection.
I would recommend you make an appointment to see your doctor and be further checked out.
