Menstrual Period: Symptoms can include pelvic/ abdominal cramping, nausea, bloating, weight gain, moodiness, irritability, pain & swelling of breasts, feeling tired, insomnia, headaches, ^ acne, food cravings, ^ appetite, swelling of hands & feet, dizziness, thinking less clearly, urinary sxs & exacerbation of chronic conditions. Hot flashes can occur for some women. If you have severe dysmenorrhea than recommend

Maybe: Sometimes you could experience fluctuation in hormone levels that cause symptoms you are describing. However, if it happens frequently or persists, get checked to be sure you don't have an infection or a thyroid problem. Good luck!
