Did you do HPT?: Pregnancy can be determined by waiting until AT LEAST the day after your next missed period and doing a home pregnancy test (HPT). I always suggest to my patients that they wait a week since periods can be late. Straight clinical diagnosis in the first few weeks is really tough and often inaccurate.
