What is the kindest way to "dump" your doctor? just don't go back? or say something? what qualifies as a "dumpable" offense?

Dumping your doctor: I think there is a long list of "dumpable offenses", but most importantly the fact that you feel uncomfortable with your doctor is a good reason. I would ask for my medical records on CD, or paper printout, then say nothing and simply see a different doctor. You, of course, are free to express any feedback you may have, but I would ask myself what do I have to gain by providing the feedback?
