I had hiatus hernia, the doctor said i have dumping syndrome.stomach emptying test was done it show also fast emptying . then i had surgery and it improved by 50% but after 6 months dumping back strongly.why? i want to contact experienced specialist?

It depends on the kind of surgery you had. Pl ease get retested and see another surgeon if not happy with first.
