Tongue papilla?: Everybody has a bunch of circumvallate papillae on the back of the tongue. Occasionally one is big. A cancer is obviously abnormal before it becomes really dangerous. For acid reflux, try getting really physically fit and elevating the head of your bed on cinder blocks.
