Hernia ?: IBS has its ups and downs, but the location of the pain sounds like either reflux (GERD), or a hiatal hernia. If this persists as above, lease see a GI doc for more answers,in the meantime, anti-acid meds and Tums (calcium carbonate) will help

Diarrhea: Although you have a diagnosis of IBS, you can still get diarrhea. Two weeks of diarrhea is too much. Get checked.

More than 15 years of stomach pain, loose stools..colonoscopy/endoscopies found no crowns or colitis...is IBS the only answer? No treatment helps.
