I am having severe headache from last month my mri & citi scan report says its synus but doctor says head should not pain so much what to do?

Sinusitis needs rx: If you have sinusitis it needs to be treated with proper antobiotics and decongestants. But you can also have migraine or other causes of headache with MRI showing only sinus problem you can consult a neurologist as a second opinion if you do not agree with your doctor.
