You should be seen: especially if you happen to be of Asian extraction. Most glands are fighting infection and are a bit painful. A gland that is very hard and not painful could be a sign of cancer. If not very hard and not painful, it is hard to say. Someone else needs to feel it to decide. It may not be a gland at all but a kind of cyst. Don't mess with it until you are seen and evaluated.
