Melbomian gland dysfunction. warm compress, lid cleaning. 2x/ day. eyelids still swollen. doc gave lotemax (loteprednol). don't help with swelling. what to do?

Infection: may need oral antibiotics and if still not clearing may need incision and drainage by an eye dr. in the mean while conti warm compresses at night when in bed

See ophthalmologist: maybe tobradex (tobramycin and dexamethasone) eye drops or the like would help better. continue your treatment until you see specialist.
