Endometrial biopsy: A thickened endometrium in a postmenopausal woman should be investigated by means of a biopsy, because this could be a pre-cancerous lesion. Had the sonographer described vascularity, concern for malignancy would be much greater.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
A pelvic ultrasound i had says heterogeneous echotexture of the myometrium and 1 ovey is 12.6cc and other is 2.8cc.Is this normal?
