5 weeks after having a novasure endometrial ablation is it normal to have an endometrial thickness of 7.1mm measured on an ultrasound? pelvic ultrasound was done due to continuing pain post-ablation?

Endometrial thickness post NovaSure can be difficult to measure and since no fluid collections were apparently seen this should be considered a normal exam. NovaSure tends to be a little more destructive to the uterine lining compared to other options so recovery tends to take a little longer.
