My infant daughter has a reddish lump that blanches on her upper thigh. i am not sure if this is a bruise or a rash? she has no fever or other symptom

Needs eval: Reddish lump in an infant could be a vascular swelling or abormality sometimes. It can also be bruising due to trauma. If is not not painful (diffult to tell in an infant ) and no fever is present, swelling is usually not an infection. Make sure her pediatrician evaluates her swelling.
