Hi my daughter is 1 yr 4 months and she starts a reddish rash and some little blisters on her skin and then turn into a bump with fluid in arms & leg?

Vague description: This could be a viral rash, or it could be a bacterial infection that requires an antibiotic. The bottom line is that a rash can't be accurately diagnosed, on line. Your daughter needs to be seen, in person, by a physician who can look at her and diagnose and treat her properly.
