My daughter is 6 and she has multiple bruises on lower front leg, 1 on kneecap and 1 on lower back. her all blood work came normal 1 month ago. she is in very good mood, eats and sleeps well and no fever, no other symptoms just bruises. concerning?

Bruises along the anterior legs in an active child are not necessarily an indication of an illness. As long as there are no other bruises on the body torso , arms and back, then it is safe to watch and wait. Leg bruises will resolve in an ordinary healthy child.
