The outside of my right foot - just below my little toe - is in major pain on a daily basis. i wear good shoes with dr. scholls inserts. advice?

Possibly fascitis: See a doctor or podiatrist for definitive diagnosis. It make be an inflammation of the fascia, or possibly trauma or a bunion or a neuroma or small fracture.

Weight shift.: Try taking the Dr. Scholls inserts out of your shoes for a few days. See if, by removing the inserts, the weight on the lateral side of the foot is off loaded, thereby reducing the pain.
