Tight shoes: I would check to make sure the shoes fit properly. If the shoes are too tight they may cause symptoms such as pain and irritation. There are plenty of reasons why you may be experiencing pain and tingling. I would recommend seeing a physician if this persists.

Neuropathy: Is your diagnosis, you need to see a doctor to figure out an etiology for the neuropathy. Is it something local like a tarsal tunnel, more proximal like a herniated disc or spinal stenosis or from a systemic disease like diabetes.

Pain : These are neurological symptoms . See your podiatrist who will work with your endo doc or neurologist to find out why you are experiencing this . Then a treatment plan can be developed.
