Stool test positive for h pylori after 3 triple courses of antibiotics + ppi. what's next?

Any symptoms?: If you do not have symptoms, nothing needs to be done. 30-70% of the population has H pylori and are asymptomatic. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
