Neuropathy.: It sounds as though you are exhibiting the beginning signs of a neuropathy. You will need to have a thorough evaluation to isolate the cause. Start with your PCP or go straight to a neurologist.

Neuropathy: This is probably a disease of the peripheral nerves. These are quite common. If you drink alcohol, stop. Your primary care physician will check your vitamin B12 levels -- don't add a supplement now. Best wishes.
