I have had a numb second toe for around 2 months its not fully numb just feels a little different to the touch?

Neuropathy: 1) make sure your shoes are the proper size 2) possible interdigital neuroma 3) possible entrapment of deep peroneal nerve 4) possible systemic issue like diabetes and your first feeling it in that particular toe. (Though I'd look at the top three first)

Paresthesia.: You are describing a paresthesia. Something has caused one or more nerves of the toes to send incomplete nerve signals. Could be compression or impact trauma. If the numbness spresds, you should see a specialist.
