Bump on tongue: If you smoke or use any tobacco products, show your doctor/dentist right away. If you don't smoke, then just show your dentist next time you go. If it doesn't hurt and you aren't having fevers, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, or enlarged lymph nodes in your neck, then it's probably nothing. Good luck.

Bump on tongue: It may be nothing to worry about, but any sore, bump or lesion that has not healed in 10-14 days should be examined by your dentist.
