I've had a break out on the side of my mouth and chin for almost 2 months. the bumps are small and inflamed sometimes there's pus and sometimes it gets dry and scaley. it does not hurt to the touch but it's very red.

Dermatitis: This is some sort of dermatitis. "Break out" suggests you might be worried about cold sores (oral herpes), but that rarely lasts more than 2-3 weeks. See a doctor; discuss with your primary care provider whether s/he wants to see you or refer you to a dermatologist. Good luck.
