Possible Lesion: Probably a fluid filled cyst or blood vessel related. You may need to see an Oral surgeon for consult and personalized treatment.

Need to see dentist: You should see dentist. It could be many different things. Including maybe sharp areas on your back teeth, periodontal problems, etc.

See a dentist ASAP: Some conditions like common tongue problems such as soreness, discoloration, and bumps on the tongue may require further assessment, tests and your dentist may schedule a follow-up appointment or refer you to a specialist to determine a diagnosis. Do not delay.
