Back of tongue & throat are white &roof of mouth has red spots.bumps on back of tongue&very small white spots on tonsils.no pain or fever.strep maybe?

Pharyngitis: The red spots make me think it is viral. The white spots on the tonsils could be small tonsil stones, but it could be strep too. With no pain, i doubt it is strep. If symptoms worsen, see a doctor.

Strep. or yeast inf.: Possible strep throat or yeast infection ( candida albicans). Can you rub them off?
