No!: If it was going to your lungs you would have violent spasms of coughing until you got it up which I am sure occasionally has happened to you. That is why your mother scolded you to finish swallowing what was in your mouth before you continued talking to her. Secondly, wheezing usually occurs on the exploratory phase of breathing, not the inspiratory phase. Talk with your doc about it.
