A member asked:

I drink about a gallon of water per day. i cannot seem to take a deep enough breathe, my lungs just will not fill! my ears pop and i feel rib pressure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low blood pressure: Don't drink water, eat your water. Raw vegetables are a very healthy form of water. Use a little sea salt as well. Eat 6 equal meals with a slow acting grain like quinoa, and cut up raw vegetables like carrots, celery, cucmbers, radish, beets, lettuce, tomatoes, apple, with olive oil, soy lecithin, and lemon juice. No sugar, dairy, wheat, alcohol or tobacco. Pretend jump rope through the day.
