Depends ...: If you have normal kidneys after you have absorbed that much salt your kidneys will just filter it out of your blood and you will pee it out. On the other hand if your kidneys are abnormal you will not be able to get rid of the excess salt load and you will start retaining water to dilute the concentration of salt and your B/P will rise and all sorts of havoc will ensue. Don't do it!
