My son 5 years old is operated for hydrocele? when we can go in the beach (salt water)?? after one month is ok?can he swim or not?

Follow up w/ surgery: Glad to hear he is on the mend! Usually children heal very quickly. Your surgeon should be able to answer this with a simple phone call. For most children 2 weeks is all that it takes to heal, but without knowing exactly what the surgeon did, I'd call and ask that exact question. Schedule a follow up if you haven't already to monitor how well he healed. Best wishes!
