Depends: The endometrial thickness has limited use in premenopausal women as it will fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle. The appearance is more important. Ask your doctor to interpret the sonogram in the clinical context of your unique situation to better understand if this is a normal sonogram or not.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
