Correlate: Need more information regarding clinical findings, whether quantitative hCG level was drawn, etc. Are you actually referring to a gestational sac and not an endometrial sac? If you are bleeding, and the gestational sac is situated low in the uterus near the cervical canal, then unfortunately, this is not going to be a viable pregnancy
