Pituitary cyst: PF with pituitary cyst with headache etc asks is surgery only option. ANS: this is 2 serious of problem to get an answer from here. But of course you could do nothing. Please discuss all options with your Dr there and ask for all options and risks and benefits 4 . Then make a decision on what the 2 of you tho I is best.

No, do a Spinal Tap: A condition called Pseudotumor Cerebri, is high intracranial pressure (ICP) without a tumor has high prolactin levels & may be unrelated to your 11 mm Pituitary Cyst. We just published an article of 164 cases of high ICP. See your neurologist & do a Spinal tap only for pressure. If positive a simple medication should resolve your headaches.
