Hypopituitarism: Hi. Not saying it IS without appropriate diagnostics, but hypopituitarism could cause all of those things. Hypopituitarism is rare, but certainly could cause those things, and may be more likely if the C/S in May was über bloody. Ask your doc or gyn if you need to see an endocrinologist. Good luck.
