Spurring is the --: --short way of putting it.@ Your age it's a sign of early degenerative process in the knee. May have been the same images if done a few years back. See an orthopedic surgeon for treatment, that includes NSAIDS if able 2 take them, as well as activity modification. Weight is a problem with all weight bearing joints.
