Therapy: There is good evidence that acupuncture, exercise therapy, Behavioral therapy, spinal manipulation and Viniyoga (a type of yoga) are beneficial in chronic back pain. Be certain you see a physician to rule out possible serious causes of back pain (aka red flags).
