Just been diagnosed with spondylosis in lower back. no treatment advised or required except pain relief if needed. go skiing once a year , (easy skiing i have to add , no scarey black runs !) . my question is: is this now no longer advised ?thank you?

No pain Spondylosis: Spondylosis just means age related spinal degeneration. WE all get this with age... I agree that if there is no pain, that you can go skiing. I would advise daily spinal stretches/strengthening on a preventative basis. But let's all act our age....avoid icy days, and avoid paying less attention on easier runs, where a majority of injuries occur.
