Itching: Itching in your groin area could be causes that include but not limited to fungal infection, dry skin, eczema etc. Please see your doctor to get evaluated if regular plain white moisturizers and anti itch creams are not helping. Please don't use steroid cream without seeing your doctor.

Pelvic itch: Could be anything from infection to irritation from clothing or laundry detergent. Please see your doc who can look at it and help. Peace and good health. I see that you also have IBS. You MAY have a food allergy or sensitivity.

Pelvic itch: May be early yeast infection ,though usually there are skin changes; or other genital bacteria or dry skin/eczema. There are several routine genital bacteria , not STDS, . Would follow up and check for yeast ( sometimes (this is the first sign of diabetes) ,bacterial vaginosis ( usually not itching) mycoplasma, as well as trichamonas chlamydia. Also try moisturizers f/u/ w/ doc
