Since the winter started i have a rash between my legs, at my inner thighs close to my genital area. it only itches late afternoon, its red and have a burning sensation. some days it looks like the skin is very red and almost if it is cut open.

Rash: Although a friction rash from upper thighs rubbing together might have this appearance, it shouldn't itch. Recommend assessment and you may have an infection that requires treatment.
