39f no health issues, had a tia with no known cause. blood work & bp good, low chole. dr said mri of head & cta of head/neck good. having new symptoms:bad unilateral neck/head pain, blurry vision in right eye, vertigo. concerned of dissection missed?

Imaging, so far, would have readily demonstrated an extra-cranial dissection, and likewise stenosis has been excluded. But, you may be experiencing the initial presentation of small vessel ischemia and this would require a series of blood studies to exclude risk factors. Another cause of TIA is Classical Migraine with auras, especially if you take female hormones and/or smoke. See neurologist.
