In my mind: there would be a big difference between "minimal pleural thickening" after treatment for pulmonary TB and effusion (perhaps you got cut off and meant "bilateral"). Pleural thickening could easily represent scarring, but an effusion, or fluid collection, could indicate something much more current/active. Review this x-ray finding with your TB treating physician. More tests likely needed. Stay well
