Some times no need: pleural effusions don't have to be aspirated especially with out symptoms , like your multi loculated ones attempt may even introduce infection . You have to find what caused and treat the cause. TB is prevalent your part , I am sure your doctor already ruled out tuberculosis and go follow up care.
