Individual need for: Everybody has different need for sleep . In general 6-8 hours is sufficient. Sleep promotes brain and body restoration as well as skin blood circulation. Sleep in warm dry air can be dehydrating and reflects on skin texture. Make sure to drink plenty of water, avoid excessive alcohol,keep bedroom air cool and fresh, exercise daily.Use skin face moisturizer. Eat balanced diet - fruit , veggies.
