It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take multivitamins in case it may be due to deficiency. Regular aerobic exercise will help. Any exercise that induces perspiration will do. Exercise at least 150 minute/week If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
