Good afternoon. i hit my head a couple of weeks ago.(rh) no all of a sudden i get headaches on the rh. when lay down to go to sleep, during sleep and when i wake up. but then after an hour it goes away(without taking any medicine) what can be wrong?

Not much: Of course history is important How severe was the blow Was there any altering of consciousness nausea dizziness etc Are there any underlying conditions Are on blood thinners If the answer is no to all of that hitting your head at age 32 unlikely to have caused a major issue If the headache becomes persistent or worse a CT or an MRI will settle the question
