I am a black with a brown skin tone. around my eyes and parts of my nose are really dark. ive had bad allergies as a child and me rubbing my eyes and nose caused me to get dark areas on my face. is there a way to lighten my skin to my skin tone back?

The first thing you want to do is make sure that your allergy condition is managed well. Antihistamines may help prevent allergy induced dark circles under your eyes and around your nose, as well as the urge to rub them. Once your allergies are well controlled, allow 6 months for the darkened areas to heal. If the dark areas persist, use a commercial skin lightener to even your tone.
