Sometimes i get this weird feeling in my head when i wake up and go back to sleep or sleep to long its like a zap kinda then my body feels slightly warm then i get tired as heck after what could this be? it makes me feel off when it happens

Zap: This is a nonspecific symptom but is probably a firing off of a superficial scalp nerve and the other feelings are a reaction to the sharp jab. I doubt anything serious but if you still have concerns, consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice.
