There is 28x19x15mm hypoechoic lesion in the anterior myometrium in lower uterine segment. do i need to be concerned? is it affecting my fertility?

Seek a diagnosis: Contact the physician who ordered the test to seek clarification on the sonographic descriptions. It sounds like they see a small uterine fibroid but without more clinical context we can not draw certain conclusions from this information. Your doctor can tell you the diagnosis and help outline a treatment plan of care.

Ask the GYN MD....: Ask the GYN MD who ordered the test that has shown the above abnormality. It is difficult to make a determination about a "concern" without the proper context of history, exam and reason for testing.
