Not clear at this pt: Could be a fibroid. Could be something more dangerous. Are you going to have a biopsy done? An additional study? Depends on other features, your age and health history, accompanying symptoms of bleeding, pain, weight loss, fatigue, etc. which are not stated. Please follow up with your OB-Gyn dr.
