I have transverse process fractures of my l1-l4 (2006) i also have a herniated disc at my l5 s1 i'm in severe pain all the time is it from one or both?

Mostly from the hern: if the fracture healed completely, then the pain mostly from herniated disc ,you need to have NCV and EMG nerve test , if it positive for nerve compression , try physical therapy , anti inflammatory drugs like Naproxyn , if pain persist try epidural steroid injection ,
