Sometimes when i wake up i spit and i see some streaks of blood with the saliva. no cough, not vomiting, nose is clear, what can it be? from stomach?

ENT source?: If there's a tinge of blood in this saliva, the thought would be that there would be some ENT source. Now of course, blood leaving the body is always concerning so this should be investigated by an ENT specialist, via examination and direct laryngoscopy.
