My 2 yo son vomits since he had too much food and vomit came from both mouth and nose, but there was blood came from his nose along with vomit. it stopped after he is done with vomiting. is this a concern? this is the first time happened like this

Urgent: The source of the bleeding should be determined. Since he was vomiting several times a small vessel in the stomach or esophagus may have ruptured. A more significant source would include an ulcer. Please see the Emergency department for evaluation.

Emesis after eating : The food expelled due to a large volume of food which he could not digest. Give small volumes and give time to swallowing and digesting, even if feed more frequently. If he does this more frequently, sometimes it can be gastric regurgitation and can get treatment from your pediatrician/ GI specialist. Lots of fluids after this to flush things down.
